Dr. Esmeralda Adame
Dr. Esmeralda Adame is a first-generation college graduate with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, and Educational Leadership. She is the founder and CEO of Consulting Firm, LLC, specializing in leadership development and business efficiency.
A John Maxwell-certified speaker, she has 12+ years of industry experience and 19 years of teaching at South Texas College. Passionate about STEM diversity, she has led initiatives supporting women in non-traditional careers and has raised over $94,000 in student scholarships.
She founded the Persistence in Adversity podcast and nonprofit foundation, earning multiple awards for her contributions. A dedicated mentor, entrepreneur, and mother, she continues inspiring others through service and leadership.

Geneva A. Padron
Geneva is the founder of The Chrysalis Project, an initiative dedicated to identifying, preventing, and overcoming academic burnout among high school and college students. Through strategic partnerships, educational programming, and storytelling, her work emphasizes early intervention, self-care, and community support as tools for long-term success.
Professionally, Geneva brings experience in operations, leadership, and community engagement, having worked across healthcare, research, and nonprofit spaces. She is passionate about bridging education, mental wellness, and service.
As a member of the executive board, Geneva is committed to advancing the organization’s mission through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and advocacy that creates meaningful, measurable change.
